WHO WE ARE
After more than 20 years of implementing corporate universities, we realized the need for a simple channel to engage users and avoid exposing vulnerabilities. During the pandemic, we created an inclusive, intuitive, and accessible platform designed for frictionless training, communication, and support.
Our purpose
Our goal is to drive positive impact in the corporate landscape through alignment, innovation and simplicity, engaging users and offering inclusive and democratic training. We value social, age and cognitive diversity, respecting singularities and ensuring an enriching learning experience for everyone.
Our History
We transform the way companies learn and communicate, especially when their employees face a lack of time for training, do not have fixed computers in their daily lives, work outside the office, usually in factories or external operations, and have difficulties with new technologies. With this intervention, we bring greater motivation and alignment to users.
We combat inequalities by creating opportunities that improve performance, increase productivity and, consequently, profitability. In addition, we promote respect for learning vulnerabilities, positively impacting 8 of the 17 SDGs.
