Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we treat your data, always with full respect for ethics and current legislation in Brazil, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Federal Law No. 13,709/2018) and the Consumer Defense Code (Federal Law No. 8,078/1990). 1 – TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Throughout this reading, you may come across some terms that may not be so common. Check out the meaning of each one:

2 – WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES DATA YOU PROVIDE:
IseTool prioritizes the minimum collection of personal data, using only the essential information for the development of our activities. On our website, we offer several channels for data collection and communication, such as:

This data will be used exclusively for the contact requested by you and, with your authorization, may be kept in our database.
SOLUTION PARAMETER CONFIGURATION
During the use of the solution, IseTool may have previously registered some public information, but it is possible that certain parameters are exclusive to each user. In addition, we request additional data to personalize the learning process and optimize the use of the tool, ensuring a more accurate analysis of the operation. It is worth mentioning that IseTool does not associate the requested parameters with the user's company (for example, the CNPJ is not requested).
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA
IseTool does not automatically collect website access data. In any case, if this website access data were collected, it would be in accordance with the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Federal Law No. 12,965/2014), namely: IP address, date and time. You can also find links on our website that invite you to follow us on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn (please observe the Privacy Policy of each of them).
The WhatsApp platform provides user identification during communication with our solution. This identification varies according to the platform, and in the case of WhatsApp, it is the telephone number registered by the user.

We may use your information in the following situations:

IseTool does not currently use cookies on its website or chatbot platform. If this happens in the future, IseTool will inform its customers about this change. Your request will be answered within 15 (fifteen) business days, in accordance with the deadlines indicated by the General Data Protection Law – LGPD, which are some of the rights of data subjects.
5 – HOW IS INFORMATION SHARED?
Your personal data may be collected by filling out our forms and may be shared with third parties who need the information to carry out the contracted activity, thus justifying the sharing on the legal basis – Execution of contract and/or Legitimate Interest. It is important to highlight that:

Your information/content is considered as company assets, so if the company is sold, acquired or merged with another company, the data will be shared to facilitate the legal transaction and will remain under the control of the messaging company.

Important: Your data may be used and even shared, in an anonymized form for studies, statistics, issuing reports, among others, and as provided for in art. 12 of Law 13.709/2018, they will no longer be considered as Data.

The protection tools are chosen based on the nature of the data collected, the context and purpose of the processing, and the risks associated with possible violations. In the event of security incidents, data exposure or any situation that may cause significant risk or damage to you or our users/customers, we will notify those affected and the National Data Protection Authority, as stipulated by the General Data Protection Law.

Malicious actions by third parties, such as hacker attacks, except in cases of negligent or deliberate conduct by IseTool;

Inaccuracy of information provided by the user, with responsibility for false information or information provided in bad faith being entirely the user's;

Malicious actions on platforms used by IseTool, such as WhatsApp and Zenvia.
8 – PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES
IseTool reserves the right to change this Policy whenever necessary to ensure the protection of personal data collected and processed. The policy will always include the date of the last update and the current version.

10 – APPLICABLE LAW
The Privacy Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Court of the District of São Paulo is elected as the competent court to resolve any issues arising from this document, with express waiver of any other court, however privileged it may be.
